Devise Consulting

Elizabeth Bacon’s career has taken her places. An established User Experience practitioner and researcher focused on health care, Lizz is focused on how to provide better care for patients through digital health solutions. She needed a simple and engaging site that reflected both her passion for her work, her taste for exploration, and examples of her outstanding solutions.

This simple 5 page site features a portfolio of her projects, a showcase of her speaking engagements, a home for her blog and an engaging About page. It is mobile friendly, easy to navigate and visually interesting.

Elizabeth Higgins

Elizabeth Higgins

Elizabeth Higgins found me via Facebook after a web emergency meant her site was completely gone. She needed a replacement site to showcase her gorgeous artwork, watercolor classes, and beautiful home decor items for sale on other sites.

She wanted a simple and clear design with functional galleries to showcase her artwork and the ability for her to add classes or artwork as she created new pieces. It was a joy to work with Elizabeth’s gorgeous artwork and implement her design visions online.

Dana Lynn Brown

Local author, musician, and speaker Dana Lynn Brown had a book to launch. She needed a site to promote her book and give her blog a home. Drawing on her humorous stories, she posts about life as a happily single woman and meeting life’s little challenges and subsequent victories all in the context of her devout Christian faith.

It was fun to work with Dana and create an online home for her creative outlets. Her warm and engaging photos are filled with friends and connection.

Filip Sales, LLC

Filip Sales

Before I began Sirius Media, I had no idea what a manufacturer’s rep was, but after doing 3 websites for manufacturer’s reps, I now understand what a key role they play in getting products to market. Anna Filip has been working with clients in retail for a long time, and needed a stie to welcome new clients interested in working with Costco, her former employer.

This 4 page business site indicates they are located in the Northwest by showing the Bellevue skyline and Snoqualmie Falls as backdrops to her business information.

GLOBIO

GLOBIO

Gerry Ellis is a bit of a globetrotter. As a nationally known photographer working for National Geographic and other international clients, he had felt a need to connect educators and donors in the U.S. with communities he’d visited in Africa and Asia to help save endangered species and broaden ecological awareness.

He founded GLOBIO in 2002 to provide interactive biodiversity resources for children. Since then it has evolved into a multi-faceted non-profit dedicated to biodiversity education and outreach via projects such as the Orangutan Tree Project, the LUCI Light Project, educator travel opportunities, the Apes Like Us channel on YouTube, and creating documentary films such as “Before They’re Gone.” The site has a strong fundraising focus and features an online shop to subsidize the projects.

This project was a joy to work on. In addition to the inspiration and opportunity to help make the world a better place, having Gerry’s amazing photos and films offered us an abundance of compelling images to work with. We are honored to have been a part of this project.
